We ask for permission to respond separately from permission to send educational updates. You may decline the second and still hear back on the first, and you may withdraw either at any time by writing to us.

Enquiries submitted on this website are saved in Finvest Capital's own secured backend so that we can respond to you and keep our records. Only the named Finvest Capital people who handle enquiries can read them, through a password protected console. No account is created for you, the record is not public and no visitor to this website can read it. Sensitive financial information should never be sent through the form.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our own records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to the email address on the contact page, and we will remove it from the console and from the backend.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising. Where a transaction later requires identity documents, those are collected through the manufacturer's own secure process, not through this website.
